Q1: Frames do not switch smoothly while the progress slider is being moved.
A1: This is usually caused by an incorrect audio decoder being installed. Solutions:
a: Install the correct MPEG-2 audio decoder.
b: Install the latest IVM decoder plug-in from http://www.ivmlab.com
Q2: When playing an IVM video, it progresses well, but there is no video or audio signals, there are some snowflakes on the screen too.
A2: This is usually caused by the video card of your PC. IVM requires the support of YV12 in your video card. Most popular video cards support this feature.
Solution: Upgrade the driver of your video card, or change the resolution of the screen.
Q3: It shows a blank screen, and all the buttons are not clickable, or cannot display videos after a commercial is played.
A3: The version of your Flash Player might be too old. IVM requires Flash Player 8.0 or newer.
Solution: upgrade your Flash Player to the latest version.
Q4: After playing an IVM video using Windows Media Player, if I open a new video file without closing the Windows Media Player an error message pops up.
A4: IVM still has some compaitibility issues with the Media Player.
Solution: Please close the Media Player and play the video again.
