1. Click on 
you will see the following screen
2. Click on the 'Browse' button, select VOD
a Program ID is the same as Video ID. It should only contain digits
3. Click on the 'Add Default Video' button, fill out the following information:
a 'Default Video' is the commercial clip that can be used after the inserted commercial has expired
b 'Start Position' is the starting time of the inserted commercial
c 'Video ID' is the ID of the commercial, it should only contain digits
d 'Target URL' is the URL of the web page after the commercial is clicked
e There is only one 'Default Video', and it is not listed when browsing
4. Click on 'Add Video' button, fill out the information similar to that of 'Add Default Video
a The added video will be listed when browsing, you can choose to delete or modify
5. Click on 'Add Watermark', fill out the following information:
a Watermark is a type of advertisement, similar to logo
b Watermark ID is the same as commercial ID
c 'Start Position' is the time to start display the watermark, 'End Position' is the time to stop displaying the watermark
d 'Target URL' is the URL of the web page after the watermark is clicked
e Watermark will not affect viewing of the video
6. Following is the complete configuration page after all the above information are filled
7. Click on 'Encode' and select the folder to save the output IVM file, the encoding process will start
